How does the pricing model work?
Best Guest has two pricing models. Either you pay 0,40 € per completed check-in — no flat fee, no commitment, and nothing at all in months with no guests. Or you choose a flat rate per listing with unlimited guest forms: 9,90 € per month billed monthly, or 8,25 € per month billed annually. Both models include the full feature set with no hidden fees.

Yes — you can try Best Guest free for 14 days with no long-term commitment, and cancel at any time. The trial starts with your first reservation, so nothing runs and nothing is charged until then.
What happens if I cancel my subscription?
You can export your records and legally required documentation at any time before cancelling. Your data remains accessible and portable according to the retention terms of the service.
