Automatically by email or SMS once a reservation is confirmed through a booking channel or PMS integration — guests fill it in on their phone before arrival, no front desk required.
What information does the form collect?
Full name, date of birth, nationality, ID or passport number, and address — everything required for UbyPort and the House/Registration Book, validated as the guest types.
What happens if a guest doesn't complete the form before arrival?
You can still complete it manually or send a reminder. Best Guest flags incomplete reservations so nothing slips through before check-in.
